Feel free to invite anyone you would like; family and friends are all included in the $20 fee, Paid Ahead
Please familiarize yourself and your performer with this information they need
1. Sunday, March 13, 2016 from 2pm 4:30pm ~ Student Call Time is 1:30pm (Time to Arrive)
2. Rohnert Park Senior Center ~ 6800 Hunter Dr. Rohnert Park, 94928
3. Change your clocks 1 hour ahead Saturday night before bed
4. DressUp
5. Bring your instrument
6. Bring your music
7. Tape 2 or more pages together
8. Attach your music to a hard background, ie. construction paper, cardboard, manila folder, etc.
9. $20 fee per family, to assist Miss Cheryl with the costs, Please pay at your lesson: Thank you
10. Performers arrive 30 minutes early, Call Time is 1:30pm
11. Receive your program at the door with the order of the performers
12. There will be a table in the back of the venue for all students to place their instruments;
Take your instrument to the table right away
13. Open the case and/or take the instrument out of the case so it can temper to the room & be ready
14. Mr. Steve will tune the stringed instruments for your performance
15. At 1:45pm there will be a Group Photo of all the students and Miss Cheryl
16. Performers use the restroom before the Concert begins, boys remember your zippers
17. Check the program for the student order of the Grand Concert
18. Three (3) students before your number, take your music, pick up your tuned
instrument at the table, line up on the window side of the room; quietly please
19. When it is your turn, come right up to the front and center, bow, waive, acknowledge your
audience and say something if you wish
20. Enjoy your performance. Leave your music there
21. Receive your awards; have your photo taken with Miss Cheryl
22. Leave the performing area on the Wall Side of the room
23. Go to the next photo station in the back of the room and have an individual photo taken. quietly
24. Take your instrument back to the instrument table; quietly clean it; put it into its house; leave
it there to take home when you leave
25. Sit down with your family
26. The photographer will take photos of each performer; they will be available for download and
printing
27. After the show, there will be a snack food buffet and bottled water for you to enjoy while we all
visit
28. Questions? Ask now. The day of the Grand Concert, I will be unavailable by phone, text or email
